Web Design Training Services was formed in 2008 by David Partis, developing out of a passion in training that David identified in his previous career at Hewlett Packard managing the HP Education department for a number of years. It was on the starting up of Designhand that David realised he had the opportunity to fulfill his passion for training.

Founder - David Partis
David originally started Designhand Limited in late 2005 out of a requirement to market a holiday home on the internet. After completing several international Web training courses David moved out of the corporate IT world to start his business The holiday house web-site Whitechapel Cottage was David's first web-site and ironically David uses the original Whitechapel web-site in his first course Basic Web Design I
Davids talents and interest in training have evolved over 20 years in the IT industry including servicing, mentoring and training roles.
David also teaches night school classes at Massey High School in Auckland and through the REAP (Rural Education Activities Programme) in Taumarunui and Taupo.
This experience prompted David to develop a full training programme in 2008. Web Design Training was formed with a dedicated training suite in his Waimauku office and also operating out of the REAP (Rural Education Activities Programme) training facility in Taumarunui.
Courses are designed for all levels of experience from basics to advanced modules, including and Introduction to HTML and more specialist courses such as Cascading Style Sheets and Search Engine Optimisation.
One on one training as well as in-house training are also available on request.
